Q How do I obtain prices on products?

Q Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A Yes, we can offer the samples for your evaluation. You need to pay the sample fee and shipping fee. But we promise to deduct the sample fee if we make an agreement on mass production later.

Q Do you have any MOQ limit for orders?
A MOQ 50 pcs, for small orders are available.

Q How long is your delivery time for the sample and bulk order?
A Generally, it is 7-15 days for the sample, and It is 30-40 days for the 20ft/40ft container. It needs to be negotiable if you want OEM or ODM.

Q How do you ship the sample to me?
A We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, It about takes 7-15 days ready the sample, based on if there's any stock or not. If you have agent in China, that will be great and convinent for us.

Q What shipping terms are available?
A EXW (Factory Delivery), FOB (Freight on Board), you can contact Business Managers should you require any other type of delivery requirements.

Q What is your terms of payment?
A 30% T/T in advance ,70% balance before shippment are the most common forms of payment. It can be negotiable if you want other payment trems.

Q What about duty, VAT or customs on samples?
A It is the responsibility of the importer to cover costs associated with the import of goods. Therefore, we cannot address these costs.
