Q If the desk malfunctions, please follow the below instructions. Check to verify that the control box has power.
A Unplug and plug back in all wires and connectors. Assure all wires, cables and connectors are firmly attached at each connector.
Plug the power cord into a verified live power source.
Reset the desk as described above
Examine for damage to wires, connectors or the control box. If there is damage, please contact Customer Service.
If these steps do not work, please contact our company’s Customer Service Department for further assistance.
Occasionally, like most electronic products, the desk will need to be reset. After being moved or sitting idle for an extended period, reset the desk following the instructions above.
